Established in Mount Gambier, our business has been built on generations of experience, strong values, and a passion for creating custom homes that reflect the individuality of each client.
In 2024, we made the exciting move to Warrnambool, bringing our commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail to Victoria’s southwest coast. Whether it’s a coastal retreat, a family home, or a bespoke architectural design, we work closely with our clients, architects, and local trades to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.

Meet the Team
Builder
Lee Argent
Our builder, Lee Argent, began building with his dad and brothers in 1996. Learning the trade from a man who had an eye for detail, quality, and all things timber, Lee quickly fell in love with the craft. Over the years, he has built more than 60 homes and takes pride in delivering each one with the same care and attention to detail as if it were his own. Lee’s passion, hands-on experience, and commitment to excellence are at the heart of Argent Constructions.

Sarah Argent
Married into the Argent family in 2019, Sarah has been an important part of our team ever since. She looks after our clients, admin and social media drawing on her background in business and marketing, along with a love for all things creative. Over the years, Sarah has enjoyed meeting so many wonderful people through Argent Constructions while also balancing life with Lee and their two young children ✨
